The facilities, both quantity and variety, were fantastic. There were various swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. There was a games room that provided excellent entertainment for the whole family. For the older family members, there were 3 pool tables, a library, outdoor basketball courts with outdoor gym, indoor gym and a mega slide for the young at heart! The bars and restaurants were great, serving great drinks. Not to mention a retail shop selling literally everything you may have forgotten to bring!

We really enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were amazing. There’s a lot to do around the property — we only stayed one night but loved watching a movie in the cinema to unwind from our day. Embers was definitely the highlight, the dinner was incredible and all of the staff were attentive and relaxed. The views from the hotel were also beautiful, we woke up to a great sunset from our bedroom window.

The Jenolan Suite was luxurious and beautifully situated with a view over the bushes outside. It was quiet, comfortable and gave us room to work and rest between adventures around the Blue Mountains. It was one of those once in a lifetime stays where we wanted to experience something beautiful and upmarket without the pretentiousness - and this property fit the bill exactly. Staff are extremely helpful, professional and non-intrusive. The perfect mix. The buffet breakfast was extensive. And even though the restaurant was very busy due to an on-site conference, the food was plentiful and we didn't have to wait for anything. The access to the billliards room was easy via reception and provided a really nice relaxation for us after using the gym, which although well-equipped had quite a few items missing, such as attachments for pulley exercises. Otherwise it was excellent.

We loved our weekend stay and experience! We have a toddler and newborn, and we were so happy with the facilities and activities available - kids train ride (one AM and one PM session), soft play gyms (1 for under 4s and another for 3+), arcade games, swimming pools, ice-skating, pond (for feeding ducks and fish. BYO bread) and model train display, just to name a few things. There are so many activities, and some come at an extra cost. The restaurants are nice, the food was nice and the staff throughout the resort are great. Many facilities open really early and close late. I can see why many families would stay here, but the crowd is a good mix of families, couples, and groups. There is something for everyone.

I loved the beautiful location and views that surround the hotel. Very refreshing. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping done a great job. The staff were super friendly, conversing with us and helping us with anything we needed, and the concierge was very friendly. Most of all i loved all the activities for children. My son had so much to do. The cinemas, kids zone and games room, pool, the awesome rainbow slide and all the other things provided made our stay super fun and exciting. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It felt like i had travelled overseas.
