Buffet breakfast was high class & a feature of the stay. Very spacious throughout with Lifts & no stairs. The room was a good size & double beds were reasonably comfortable. The high cupboard containing fridge was conveinient for making hot drinks & snacks . Loved the full size pool tables & quiet Library room, The heated indoor pool was a great plus with length for laps & roomy spa.

Good variety of activities for children. Definitely a wonderful place to spend a family holiday together. Service was professional and the staff members were very helpful. The beef tenderloin in the Ember Grills kids menu was superb. It was good to see my little one could enjoy a nice yummy steak as we do at Ember Grills.

The best part of the hotel was its view and its excellent staffs. The staffs at the restaurants, at the breakfast bar, at the reception were 10/10. But the staffs at the concierge were simply amazing and outstanding and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had or if we needed any help. They all definitely need a pay rise 😊 Also, a big shoutout to MagicCraig for putting up an excellent and funny and amazing show to not only the kids but also to the parents. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. The kids zone was another highlight and outdoor area where the kids could run and play. We loved the pond and the fishes, especially the kids.

Ok buffet. Nothing special. Had variety and quality was ok. Ie just what you expect for standard buffet and only good if you’re a big eater given the price.

This accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. It was very family friendly and my 2 year old absolutely loved it. It was a great holiday getaway for the weekend. You didn’t have to leave the accommodation for anything & if we did everything was so close including Scenic world. The service at the concierge was superb - very friendly and helpful especially with my son. The concierge went above and beyond and put our bags all the way from our room to our car without asking. I felt terrible that we didn’t have any cash on us as a thank you/tip.

The facilities are great ie the pool, day spa, ice skating rink etc. So many activities to keep the family entertained. Food was also very good. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great location, so many activities for kids, soft toy on arrival, pony rides, arcade games, cinema nights, an ice skating rink. plenty for adults to do! fun for everyone. there is a wonderful day spa, most comfortable maternity massage I’ve had!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas in July. First off the staff and customer service were amazing. From calling to confirm our reservations, to the check in desk and concierge being super helpful, the bar staff, restaurant, housekeeping we just found it was a consistently high level of customer service. Roger takes amazing care of all the guests. Beautiful location, big rooms, and so many activities for the kids to do. Train rides, movies, pony rides, a fantastic pool and lots of games rooms. We couldn’t get to it all.
